Rainbow Snakeskin
I have created an image from a pen drawing and added a rainbow of colours. It is reminiscent of a snake shedding its skin. It is like what we do when we give up old bad habits and replace them with better ones and thought processes.

Red And Green
There is a red and green snake amongst red and green leaves of a plant. I like the looping nature of the snake and how it is on top of each other.
According to Wikipedia, “Healing and snakes were associated in ancient Greek myth with Aesculapius, whose snake-familiars would crawl across the bodies of sick people asleep at night in his shrines and lick them back to health.”
I think of the Coronavirus and think of the symbol for medicine featuring snakes.

Snake Skin
This is an abstract image of my interpretation of a snake skin shedding off of its host. It has a flow and design as made by God and nature. It is natural and part of the life cycle.

Green And Yellow Striped
This is a green and yellow striped snake wound up and twisted onto itself. It was taken at the Phoenix Zoo in Arizona, USA. It is interesting how most of its body is coiled onto itself but that its tail dangles below.

Coming At You
It is so well camouflaged but in the side of the rock is a dangerous snake coming at you. It is basically hidden in its environment. I believe this one is venomous.

Yellow Snake
This is a yellow snake cocking its head off to the side. I believe it is a python but I am not entirely sure. It was taken at the Vancouver Zoo in Aldergrove, British Columbia. I like the angle of his head on the rocks.

These are beautiful ladybugs with rich red, orange and yellow colourings with those adorable black spots. I look at this photo that I took and it almost looks like a snake’s head reaching upwards being covered by the ladybugs. It is, in fact, only a unique looking branch that is covered with ladybugs not only on the top, but the sides and even underneath. How do they do that? It looks as if by reaching the end of the branch, they will reach something or someone special. I hope they do.
