Rainbow Sky

Mikawoz Rainbow Sky

Rainbow Sky

I was travelling on a plane and captured the beautiful clouds high above the sky. It is called “Rainbow Sky” because of the rainbow gradient I have put on it. I see the sky as a sign of hope for the present and future. We are heading towards a bright, new future with the Corona Virus scare and concern as we get past this huge hurdle.

We will defeat this and move forwards.

Beauty Amongst Deadwood

I love the flow of the wood in the lower left-hand quadrant as it once had lived and now has died. I enjoy the fact that despited that new flowers are growing once again amongst the deadwood bringing new life.

The photograph was taken in the Interlake Region of Manitoba just west of Riverton.

Young And Old

I love the contrast between the old rose on the right-hand side who has lived her life and is dying now. The beauty on the right is just beginning her life. Roses are just gorgeous even if they come with prickly thorns. It is the way of life – negative and positive making up the whole – isn’t it?
