Rainbow Sky
I was travelling on a plane and captured the beautiful clouds high above the sky. It is called “Rainbow Sky” because of the rainbow gradient I have put on it. I see the sky as a sign of hope for the present and future. We are heading towards a bright, new future with the Corona Virus scare and concern as we get past this huge hurdle.
We will defeat this and move forwards.

Solemn
This drawing started off as drawing of coloured pencils, blue pen and markers. I then took the basic shape or frame of it and enhanced it digitally. I found it to be a good experience because the essential flow of it stayed intact which I like very much.
I was feeling solemn when I drew this picture but where there is darkness, a ray of light peaks in and brings hope.

Sundown Time
These oak trees are the most perfect element in the beautiful autumn sky behind them. This photograph was taken at Assiniboine Park near the previous Conservatory in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The seasons continue to change and with it comes renewed hope as we enter Spring.

Hot Chocolate for the Mystical Soul
Book: “Hot Chocolate for the Mystical Soul: 101 True Stories of Angels, Miracles and Healings” by Arielle Ford
Book Review by Mary Mikawoz
You could read this book non-stop from front cover to the end but I don’t recommend it. The stories are fascinating and almost unbelievable but they are better read one story at a time. From Mystical Places to Romances of the Soul to Help from Above to The Other Side, the stories are inspiring. They tell of the mystical beings of humanity.
One of the first stories that struck a chord for me is the story of “The Day the Gods were Thirsty.” A marble-stone statue of the elephant god, Ganesha was drinking milk. All over India, in fact, the statues were drinking up milk that was offered by the people. It was broadcast all over the world by CNN and the BBC. It is amazing that something like this could ever happen but apparently it did.
This story is one of the amazing stories of the 101 stories presented.
I would recommend this book as a nice gift to anyone who requires inspiration and hope.
