Forces of Nature

Here are the Sunwapta Falls in Alberta where the water used to flow and has etched out this path of rock along the falls. It is soft and round to the touch. It is so incredible that nature is so powerful in its ability to be consistent and constant with the force of water to create smooth cliffs. I love the curvature of the rock.

Curvature

What can I say? I love the curvature of the earth. It is fascinating the way you can see it from so high up. Yes! The Earth is round. Here live the humans who have built a concrete jungle. Amidst the greenery, there is water but on this river, live so many people working and travelling up and down its path. There is a history and present story to be told in this photo.

It is a view of Paris and the Seine River from the Eiffel Tower.

Frozen Wheat

This was during an end of winter/beginning of spring drive.  Beside this frozen shafts of wheat were spots of spring starting with green grass popping up.  I like the curvature of the wheat as it wisps and twirls with the wind’s direction.  I like the quiet beauty of the wheat that just won’t quit despite it being out of season.  I also like the way parts of the snow look blue in the shadows.
