Rainbow Sky

Mikawoz Rainbow Sky

Rainbow Sky

I was travelling on a plane and captured the beautiful clouds high above the sky. It is called “Rainbow Sky” because of the rainbow gradient I have put on it. I see the sky as a sign of hope for the present and future. We are heading towards a bright, new future with the Corona Virus scare and concern as we get past this huge hurdle.

We will defeat this and move forwards.

Red River View

This is an aerial photograph of the Red River Valley system. It is a view that shows how the river snakes its way through the prairies. At this time of year, we have to concern ourselves with the flooding of the plains. “According to the province’s latest flood report, the Red River at James Avenue is expected to crest at 19 to 19.3 feet between April 21 and 23, 2020.”

River Path

River Path

This is an aerial photograph of one of my trips back home. It highlights a river path snaking its was through the country side. Only a few wisps of clouds remain. This was in the winter time but we were far enough south that there wasn’t any snow on the ground.

This is an image of an overhead clover down below in the snow-frosted landscape. It is taken from an airplane on the right-hand side. It was winter in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada still in February a few years ago.
