Heart Roots
I drew the basic heart with roots coming out of it in coloured pen. I then added filters and effects to make it more vibrant. To me, this creation is very vibrant and inviting. I love the rich red, blue, purple and gold hues.
This is one of my most favourite images I have created in the most recent past. It is almost like the roots have become a reflection to the heart. There are 40,000 neurons in the heart which makes it like a heart-brain and contains amongst other things memories where both trauma and feelings of happiness are stored.
According to Heart-Math, “The heart-brain, as it is commonly called, or intrinsic cardiac nervous system, is an intricate network of complex ganglia, neurotransmitters, proteins and support cells, the same as those of the brain in the head.”

Heart Wheel of Life
This is an abstract drawing made with ink coloured pens. I have drawn a beautiful heart with a spiral to the bottom right like a wheel of life. It portends to the fact that we have neurons in our heart and that it is another type of brain. Gregg Braden has disseminated this discovery.
According to Huffington Post, “Yes, the human heart, in addition to its other functions, actually possesses a heart-brain composed of about 40,000 neurons that can sense, feel, learn and remember. The heart brain sends messages to the head brain about how the body feels and more.”
Personally, I feel the heart is where there is the connection to the soul.

This is a drawing and digital artwork of a Heart Beat. It is becoming 3D with the effects of a pulse and blood coursing through the arteries of this abstract heart. It is living and enjoying life as it automatically beats throughout the day of our lives. There is vibrancy and soul within its orbit like a heart beat is to a musical set of notes.

This is an abstract drawing I did up in ink. It represents my birthday today. I see a heart in it which represents love. I see lungs which represents the breath of life or chi or prana and energy. I have candles or lights to represent happiness, joy and celebration of life. There is flow and design to the art piece. I usually create to the sound of music playing while I free flow my creative work to the inspirational music.
