Tumultuous Times

So, the Red River has spilled its banks and created a humongous Red Sea throughout the land. Even from satellite imagery, it has expanded quite far and is red in colour.

I originally started drawing wavelengths in pen and then scanned it in. I digitally painted the scene with colours that are rich in hue representing also the earth being misplaced and shoved around. I feel as if it is tumultuous and reflective of some of the times we have been going through. We are finally coming out of the pandemic but war is still on. The economic situation needs an upswing and the Canadian Dollar value needs to come back up.

I pray for the dreary times and discord to be beat out by beautiful sunshine and hope.
